9 miles run on Saturday and 34ish miles on the bike yesterday both in near perfect conditions especially on the bike.

Although I do think I need a bike fit I've been noticing I have a bit of sorness around the fibula head, not sure if it's ITB or Hamstring causing the issue but it is only agrevated when I put some effort through the pedals.

I hope to have a swim tonight fingers crossed there's more than one lane available for public swimming.
