Good afternoon, and yet again i find myself in the enviable position to report some training.

I've been to the gym, it was more rargh than RRRAAARRRGGGHHH, but its a restart.

On the thread theme i've done my time as a panto dame, sadly i seem unable to find the photographic evidence, i know you're all sad.

Second work team Christmas lunch for me yesterday, possibly some further team drinks this afternoon. Or rugbying, followed by rugby drinks.

I have truly gone into get fat mode for the end of the year.
