And brave. My goodness how brave she has become. Covered in bruises and handlebar marks but still she cycles on. Problem is she wants to go fast and keep up with her Mum, but 20” wheels get turned by ruts and rocks and she ends up with the mother of all irrecoverable tank-slappers before ploughing the trail with her neb.

Sorry about your news Gobi Long course weekend swim done. Solid, steady if lacking a bit of top end pace: 1:08:08. 106th overall with that in a field of 800 odd. Course may be running a bit long as Harry Wiltshire didn’t break 50 mins. 112 miles on the bike tomorrow. I love Tenby, place just rocks.
