Good times guys.
I walked to church and back, which is something.
Dressing change and physio tomorrow. Should have a better idea of where we go from there.

Is it a potential banana skin Grep, bike-wise I mean?
In other news we raced the Enterprise today. Well, we went to race but got cruelly done in by mechanicals. Absolutely gutted and frustrated because it was a glorious F4 from the SW and when we were going we were flying. Unfortunately the strain of performance showed on the auld girl and bits started to fly off. Very disappointed not to have been able to make the most of the cracking conditions but that’s dinghys.
I’m looking forward to catching up with my club mate who reluctantly sold me “the best boat I’ve ever had, a proper race winner, thoroughbred boat that etcetc” so that I can regale him with tales of races lost through mechanical failure.
On the upside, now that I’m repairing her she truly will become a thoroughbred race winner.

I love the dinghy racing reports
Outside possibility on a major banana skin if I can’t grip with my right middle finger, yes - but we’re a long way from that and staying positive.

Dinghy racing = testing. Expensive kit you always need more of, fretting about the weather conditions, mechanicals, missing the ‘perfect’ day etc.
If the bread pudding is up to scratch and there’s a 12 hour option then count me in!!

I haven't sported for a whole week, today.
I've barely eaten or slept, either, though, so trying to sport seemed unwise.
On the plus side, my power to weight ratio is surely improving daily.
(I'm unsure if it's a genuine sickness or just finding out that my other half cheated on me, is mostly blaming his depression, and refusing to seek any help for that. Could be both)

Horrid news Rae.
Sailing. Titting about in/on water. Good by definition. See also SUP (another finger-fear), kayaking, windsurfing...
