I wasn’t aware that being a better swimmer than Glenners was A Thing...

I’m in Thorpe. There is no sign of Dougal although I might make a cheeky detour to see Juder later in the week.

Seeing as I've about 1km in the last twelve months, even SPR is a better swimmer than me

There’s a Park in Thorpe, according to the back of my Shreddies packet.

I'm a better swimmer than Jeremy Thorpe, if that's a thing.
Morning.
Tired med-long run with lumps last night. VO2 Max wattage this morning, session was 12 reps, I broke after 10 and climbed off.
Core and easy run to follow.

Being a better swimmer than Glenners isn't A Thing. It is The Thing.

MA. I was supposed to do a long run this morning, but hit the snooze button instead.
I am increasingly finding that when I bike my legs are knackered from running and when I run my legs are knackered from cycling. Generally I am just knackered and getting slower and slower at everything! Another 13 weeks of this yet until Tenby

Sweetie, a degree of perpetual fatigue is part of the gig, but sounds like you are not recovering sufficiently?
Training that long and hard is difficult and your capacity to support it depends on diet, life stresses, recovery - sleep and general rest (which does not include household chores and all the other stuff like work) and how much training you are used to.
If you go beyond what you can support then fatigue builds and the training that you do is wasted because the body simply can't absorb it and make the changes required to make you fitter as a result. Ergo you get slower, not faster and more knackered as you grind out another fatigued session on top!
You can dig a deep deep hole of fatigue if you keep going, in the early days a couple of days off, or a few easy low intensity days can rectify things and get you back on track.
Google about 'overtraining' and you'll find plenty of material on it, including the symptoms and what to do.
Good luck!
