Fun day run day Wednesday is back therefore I have been running. It wasn't the usual 10 but it is a run

Really unlucky about the wetsuit Fraggers , not wishing to solutionise but selling m8ne fixed the fitting issue :-)

I have a spare wetsuit if you ever want to borrow one Gobi, think we’re similar size😜😀.

2 runs: breezy 5k last night 19:52, 2 hours slow this morning. Open water swim tonight😀

Only for a bit, and there is a footpath separated from the road by a small grass verge on that section.

I'm treating it as an excuse to wait until after 9 and the worst of the traffic should be gone.
