Evening All. Back from the midgie-ridden paradis that is the West Coast. Utterly unseasonally scorchio. Bloody lovely, but you could hear the wee biters hatching as you walked.
So a weekend of mixed blessings, but a great return trip to the kids' first ever bothy in glorious sunshine. Back home and I’m sitting outside, not because it’s warm, but because I can without being bitten to death. Reasons to live on the East Coast #1 
Meanwhile, I find myself strangely tempted.....
I solve my problems and I see the light

I’m thinking IM Lanza* next year will have 8,000 competitors, including a Cani-Ironman option in which you get to run 2k of the run course with your dog for £350. Sorry ‘only £350’....
*unless the BASTARD kills the race and replaces it with an enormous sportive like he did the Spring Ballbuster....
