It happens Glenners. Needs a bit of extra mental strength to complete a turbo indoors when it's raining. Doubly so if it's sunny outside. It's not all nice sunny indoor turbos while the rain lashes down outside you know.....

I love the idea of a Zwift course on a turbo. Proper nuts-genius.

TACX used to do a track simulation on their faux-zwift VR thing IIRC.

Morning. Easy 4.6 miles no issues. Got to be careful not to ramp up to quickly and let ankle ligament/ tendon get stronger. Hoping that today's speed and distance can be repeated daily while that happens though.
