I like the look of that one TRO - all the cycling through vineyards but sounds almost pleasant
Rest day here, and off to north Wales for a wedding tomorrow, where i fear I will end up spending more time with my mother in law than is strictly necessary:-( ho hum would much rather be on my bike ....

Yes, looks a lovely bike, quite flat. I just hope it's not a draft-fest like Barca (I fear it will be though).
Didn;t really have a choice, needed a Euro/2017 race. I would only have got 25% race fee back from UK for a full cancel so not a great risk.

Glenn -
BC - British Cycling. The Go-Race, Cat 4 and Cat 3/4 races are notoriously ill-disciplined and 'crashy'. Seeding by ability regardless of age.
LVRC - League of Veteran Racing Cyclists - over-40s only. Tend to be, as the name implies, veteran racers, so the racing is safer and less hot-headed.
TLI - difficult to describe - open to all ages but tends to be an older crowd, at least here. Racing results are by age cat (as in triathlon and indeed LVRC) although the racing itself is usually [self] seeded by ability.
LVRC you can seed yourself by riding in your 'ability age' - so I'd ride with the over-60s whilst a top 60-64 will typically ride with the over-40s.
Make sense?
[PoD - that sound fair?]

At Suffolk Cycle Race Series, Trinity Park the 'Go' race was known as the 'Go down at the first corner' race.

[TRO - the local Go Race is quite simply referred to as Go Crash]

hi have been enjoying reading all your comments since my last question, and have come back for another answer .
Can you leave the wheel support for a home trainer on the bike all the time, or do you have to change it each time?
I ask,as my back wheelcame undone the other day while I was cycling, and I was told that it was because of the home trainer center wheel thingy. But seems a bit of a fafe to chage it each time. if any importance I have a tracx
thanks in advance for any advice!
