That's better.

Scary story in today's comic. 19:30 for a 10 on a tricycle. Didn't say where, but I assume it didn't have any sharp bends. Tricycles scare the willies out of me.

At a TT I saw a tricycle with two disc wheels. It sounded fucking magnificent, the noise reflecting between the two discs amplified it.

But, yeah, riding one of those things on the E2/V718 would be terrifying....

I shall be diving headfirst (ie treading gingerly and making little noises whilst doing so) into a lake this evening. It was glourius out there when I left the shire this morning, Wokingham is a bit greyer. I am hoping the gloriousness will return as I head north.

SPR, until I wore a heart rate monitor for five-plus days I thought swimming elevated my heart rate. It is true my heart rate is higher than cycling but even swimming 'fast' (for me) scarcely gets to jogging at nine minute/mile pace.

Perhaps as a heavy git, my heart rate is higher when running cos I have to lift all that weight from the ground?
