also I wanted to know how to insert a photo so I could make you all really jealous when you see where i train for open water swimming.!!

TRO cycles indoors in all weathers. I'm surprised he hasn't had a shipping container installed inside his house so he can be extra even more indoors for those days when the weather's nice.
