Aubergine, I like salted, then dusted with flour, then fried.

Asparagus, good call, I keep thinking I should invest in a few crowns of Asparagus, they'd pay back over the years...

Asparagus is something I struggle with. I don’t know if it’s cultural (I associate it with the south) or I’ve just never had any good gear. Anything where folk get excited because it’s about to come into season isn’t for me. See also strawberrys
