If I feel ok tommorrow I would really like to try and get to 50 miles this month. It's doable so long as I can ditch this yucky sicky heady feeling š

Anyways half marathon done in 2:23 so not too bad being i had 900 foot climb apparently. Thats due to choosing to go round the back my local hill in a large loop which causes several hills.
Pondering what to demolish for lunch to refuel

How far off are you, NN? You could always jog-walk it. But you know yourself not to force it if you are feeling low. The received wisdom is that if the symptoms are all above the neck, you can run but if they are below the neck (chesty or body aches) you should rest. I've no idea but don't force yourself to run to meet an arbitrary target.

Heading out for 5 miles in a bit. It'll be an hour at least before they are in. It might be an hour before I even get my shoes on

Naughty-N. You only need 9 for 100 gain on my list, although I'd make it 10 for rounding. But no pressure, it'll still be there tomorrow and the weekend. š
