I know, I wish the real stock market could be as easy as this!

Although I am pleased I didn't buy some shares that have tanked considerably. My dad bought some in March for 2p and they went up to 36p!!! I was going to buy some, but didn't, then they went down to 24p.
I guess it goes to show that although past performance may predict future success in Fetch trader, the real stock market isn't so predictable!!

In the real world, myself and others followed a tip and invested in some penny shares in a printing company years ago. As our money steadily doubled, then trebled, we sat smugly checking the share price each morning. Then the company director made a public statement saying " I don't know why our share price is so high because we're not doing that well" - KABOOM, you can guess what happened !

What goes up, must come down!
I was going to buy at 36p thinking they would carry on rising, glad I didn't.
My dad says no one knows why they tanked.
Just the volatility of the market, I guess

It all adds in exactly to the 0.0xxx but Fetch only shows the rounded answer.

(Make sure you wait until you see 101 points profit before you sell someone for the badge!)

There is not a double Thoroughbred badge, no.
Sushi. I think you automatically get badges unless you opt out. Check Games/badges and it'll tell you. For Trader there are fifteen, I think.

Some are for cash totals, others are for selling for profits, one is for making a loss and one is for having less than 1000 credits. Then there's the badge for Fergus buying you.

How To Play
As a trader, your job is to pick the runners that you think will increase in value.

You start with 1000 credits, and can use these to purchase shares in runners. If you think their mileage is about to drop, then it's time to sell.

Runner values are calculated based on the total volume of running mileage completed in the last 90 days. Values are recalculated as soon as a runner has logged a run.

Runners get a notification when you buy shares, but not when you sell them.

The value of a runner can go up or down, but don't threaten them. Have fun!
