Thanks.
I’m trying my hand at investing but think I’m not quite getting the finer points yet

No running today due to GP appointment and also rainwater currently dripping off the light bulb in my bedroom office !! Builders and roofers have been calling all morning and nobody has yet identified how the water is getting in.
I' going to have to work late to make up all the time I've missed. Grrrr

Sushi, one thing to look out for is consistency. Most people have a regular schedule. I, for instance, always run during the day. On Mondays and Fridays I have my longer runs (these tend to start at 10 and finish at 12.30 i'sh), then I work on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, so run about 10k from 12-1 (but not every day all the time). I tend not to run at weekends, but sometimes do to keep up the mileage. There is a consistency there. I suspect most runners have a fairly consistent schedule, the trick is working it out. You can see peoples runs in their profiles, and if they have left things open, you can determine the times they run at too. Hope this helps
