Decent @markgall 'Hitting the new year running' was my plan too, but I'm coughing and spluttering into it instead sadly. Especially after a disappointing 2024. Where was the race? Doing any more indoors stuff? Anyway onwards & upwards! |

@LBAC Si Thank you. It's not a time that's going to change the world or even threaten my age group up here, but really pleased with it Was at the Emirates in Glasgow, a miler meet. I have a 1500m open next week, then in February I have the scottish masters M50 1500 and 3000. Again, I won't be at the sharp end in the M50 age group but just hope to get some good personal performances in.

I'm sure you know or may have met Brent Brodie, I met him for the first time in Gothenberg in the summer at the World masters champs. Improving really quickly and pipped me by a tenth in the final. Didn't hold that against him though - good job we were going for 7th, not 3rd LOL. |

@LBAC Si Aye I have known Brent a few years, some year he had last year, the improvements across the board are phenomenal. More than a wee bit jealous That was some tussle you guys had.
