Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Blimey Sigh, it really is a small world 😀, you were upstairs I was downstairs but too far back to get to the front. I saw Slayer at the Odeon the following April on the Reign in Blood tour, 3 rows from the front it was deafening & fucking terrifying. The mosh pit was more of a war zone!
Ace T-shirt, bootleg or not Rae, you’ve done a great job adapting it. 2009 seems like a long time ago, then I realised last time I saw Metallica was at Milton Keynes Bowl on the Wherever You May Roam tour, that was 1993 with Megadeth, The Almighty & Diamond Head. I wore Almighty/Donington shirt from the year before 😀

I go to my fair share of gigs but the last tour t-shirt I bought was from U2's Achtung Baby tour in the 90s- a deliriously colourful number that was too big and so heavily printed that it was too warm to wear.

But I recently bought this, off tinternet rather than from a merch stall in the back of the venue, simply because I love the design (as well as being just a bit of a NO fan) :-)

Here’s my 31 year old tour tee shirt, the only one I kept. I went to the 2nd night at Wembley Arena, they played for hours and it was fab!

Oooo, envy, CW.

I shall try to refrain from mentioning that I was only 4 then, though. It rarely makes anyone feel better about anything.

Oh look, I’ve found it Ma. Come and see.

It’s the sad auld bastard used to be a wannabe a rocker/biker thread. Shame they all ended up working for Corporate Finance, or maybe the government. Still, what a nice set of t-shirts they cling to....

About This Thread

Maintained by Musashi
There’s a thread for Fetch t-shirts on tour, so I thought there might be a niche for tour t-shirts on Fetchies...if you’re really good you could get a fetch tour T-shirt on a Fetchie on tour. That’d be mind blowing! Doesn’t have to be a tour shirt, anything band related’ll do just fine.
