Sometimes they didn't "consider" it for very long.... which is why it's better for everyone that Cav left.

Hopefully it was a bad day/allergies as Contador said, otherwise Chris is probably right.

Yeah, while I will be backing Froome, I would hate to see him "walk it", and if Contador can offer the most realistic opposition, let's hope it was just a bad day. Is Nibbles not doing the TDF this year? On his current form he is electrifying.

I'm sure once Bertie gets the right medication he'll be back at his best.

Nibali is not doing it. I don't think he'd be all that great having done the Giro, but you never know. Evans is slightly different as he did the Giro for race miles, even though he still raced as hard as he could. I have my doubts as to whether that will work, but we'll see.

Not sure Cav will have it all his own way, Kwiatkowski stands a chance of doing very well.

They both ride for OPQS. Are you sure that Cav won't get first refusal on team resources?

I'm not saying Cav won't get most of the team pulling for him, I just don't think he'll get all of them like he did in his High Road/T Mobile/HTC/Columbia days. I'd expect Kwiatkowski to be his own man with maybe one or two looking after him if he continues this promising start to the season.

He's only 23 and in with a good shout at the white jersey for the Tour.

Interesting to see how he copes today in the mountains against the big boys.

His 2013 season so far isn't looking too shabby.

Rumour mill has Oran going to OPQ next year which would mean a reshuffle as they would not just be a lead out train for Cav

What about Peter Sagan and Cannondale, he had a good tour last year, is he back this year and if so what do we expect from him?
