Morning - my body clock is still fecked! up at 3am eating cereal bars and knackered but unable to get to sleep. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who I met and was kind to me when I was a gibbering wreck in the small hours, and hope my team were ok with what I did running wise and a sorry to anyone I was rude/ignorant to when I was exhausted ( I am a bitch when I am tired! ;-) ) - also apologies for not saying goodbye to all the Fetchies, but I just had to go after my 5th lap 'cos I felt proper rough and my mate was not very well all wk-end :-(

It was all a total waste of time, effort, and energy of course, but sooohhh worth it lol :-)

Oh and btw where are you guys getting the results from? cos I can't find anything except last years results onthe TR24 site :-(

It's scary how completely screwed up my body is. I'm eating enough for four and couldn't get to sleep last night at all. I missed the sound of a generator and bad music.

RichHL - same here. I slept 13 hours on Sunday/Monday but couln't get to sleep last night. I too am eating as if I haven't eaten for the previous month! I am quite amazed how good my legs feel - especially as I have done virtually no training for TR24 due to injury. My training was 0 miles from mid April - Mid June and then 100 in total from mid June to TR24! Although I was cursing that springy mud at 3am on Sunday morning I think the fact it was so springy has seriously lessened the impact on my quads meaning I don't seem to have suffered nearly as bad DOMS as I feared.
