9.6 miles covered out west, about 8.6 of it running so happy enough! Hard first mile with covid lack of puff and hard last 2 miles with lack of runs in the legs but happy to be out on my favourite trails in mostly sunshine but chilly showers. Did same route as P but at our own paces then decided to go for the seafood shack for lunch so all in all a bit of a treat, suspect will be closed for winter soon!
Hazel, double treadmill sounds tough!
veloci, but I just do it all at a snails pace! This HM will be a shock to system. And sometimes a smile is hard!

A totally random aside - we discovered a few days back that Kitchener had a knitting stitch named after him!

Afternoon!

Thanks for the photos, @PeterFay !

Saw physio, and he was cautiously pleased with progress. To up the strength work, aqua jogging and to add one or two minutes to my runs per week!

About This Thread

Maintained by alehouse
Each day someone sets some song lyrics, often on a particular theme, eg colours, numbers, running, etc. Others then say whether they know the song or not, but DO NOT say what the song is: the answer is revealed the next day.

Current theme: COLOURS

Contributors then say
What their training will be
Why they are doing it

Some also say
Last hard
Last rest

Plus of course general comments about the weather, other people’s training or races…illness or injuries!
