Parent great tit exited the nest box just as I went to hang out the washing, then landed in the magnolia tree urgently trying to distract me as saw me as a threat, I went back indoors for a few minute before carrying on.

1. A blind runner at parkrun. It’s wonderful that there are folk who are willing to take on a very responsible role as a guide to enable the unsighted to take part.
2. Birdsong in the woods at parkrun.
3. A nice day to run.

I'm not having a good day so no run for me (nothing exciting just a health blip).

1. Hubby making me a herb tea in bed

parkrun this morning:
1. Geese and fluffy goslings on the canal
2. A barge sailing sedately along the canal.
3. Getting home from parkrun to find my son & daughter in law there with the dogs and getting doggy kisses from Peggy & Bruce (the dogs!).
