I'm struggling ☹️ I can run without difficulty, but only short distances. 5k of run/walk isn't a problem. However, I can't walk far before I have to sit down until the pain goes. I think it's a sciatica thing. I'm doing my exercises and stretches and have another physio appointment on 04/09. Fingers crossed 🤞 |
