Gone up to 5 now XB. I meant to also say training here is a bit hit a miss. I’m looking on Yorky as a very nice day out with some very special people trundling. I often have to stop and walk and to be honest my view is go and do what we can with no expectation I had to take some hard knocks myself so I’m no longer able to run all of it It would just be so great to see you. Don’t feel under pressure See how you feel. Not piling pressure on but be amazing to just see you for a catch up!!! You could always come drag us around from the port and cheese stop!! |

I got the first “nip” of Yorkshireman air yesterday at our morning swim at Frinton. Just that little bit of almost chilled mist/foggy start to the day. Burnt off quick but left me with goose bumps I’m just so excited to see you all! Training still a little wonky but I’m so looking forward to our trundle and doing what we do best. Plus I hear the call of Northerns voice 😂 I’m on a short run today as I’m trying out in a bit for a new row team. More cross training power going into the pot! Can wait to be on those moors with you all xx |
