Bah humbug and all that but worth listening so this does not take longer than necessary. I've a lot of traveling as of 28th July so I really want to be fit by then to sit in a car or plane for hours on end.

Commiserations to those unable through injury or otherwise. Fantastic that ITG is gradually getting run fit again (don't overdo it!) Following @Good King Carpathius failing to get a bin photo, I made sure that I didn't make the same mistake. This skip was at 700.2miles!
