Small bike ride to doctors this morning for a blood test. Then need to get organised for working 3 early start days from tomorrow. Been a week of Nana duties this week and today is no different. Picking boys up from school later. Can't decide if to ride bike there and back or drive

It was very much off road, only 10% on road with most on fields so not the easiest surface but it wasn't as hilly as I feared. Despite the heat, I ran OK- 41.50ish for a 4.8 mile race. There were so many runners from both my first and second claim club. Brilliant social after, catching up with loads of people. We got home late and had cheese on toast. Off to the tattooist for 90 minutes of work on the left arm which is close to being finished.

I have been prodded with tattoo needles for a while and then did a 3 mile run with Sal as she finished early today. Now off to the studio and doing an art sale in a pub tonight. Oh and I have completed my 12th 100+ mile month
