They have the world champs on this weekend and I am helping out so need to see how long it takes to get there and what I need to do

Nearly 4 year old granddaughter got on a proper bike with stabilisers for the first time yesterday and has already got it sussed. Can’t believe how busy Centreparcs is in term time - loads of school-age children around.

What more could you want from a run?! Just back from gym. Blaming LG for putting idea into head. Oof. Was a sweaty mess. Think I’ll take it easy for the rest of the day.

Inside listening to lots of banging for the back garden. I will be escaping to collect the boys soon enough

I should go swimming today but I have a massive blister on my heal that I fear will go nasty and pussy if it gets a soaking and since I have a long hike lined up for Saturday, I'll just have to nap instead. poor me.
