Nice up top this morning but not so good in that cloud so we quit early and went home for lunch. It's cold over here at the moment too. More sun and colder tomorrow so we'll have to work a bit harder.  |

Brr! Lovely photo but I wouldn't want to ski into that cloud, I think it would be quite disorientating! I went to the lido and had a lovely little dip for all of 5 minutes or so - the water temperature was 3.3* so I think that's not bad. I had the entire pool to myself at one point, but when some others got in I couldn't help noticing that I was the only one not in skins! I was supposed to be going out tonight to a comedy club/alternative book group thing in a pub in town, but I think I've picked up a cold at choir last night and have decided not to share my germs with my friends

Great photo AR Well done swimmers. We went to track tonight. 1 x 800m then 6 x 400m all with 200m jog recoveries. Good to see progress, am definitely fitter and faster. Then a phone call with my mum, dad's alzheimer's is getting worse. I'm off to see them again on Friday. May do Southsea parkrun as it's a quick course. |
