But after we'd got home from lunch at a local forestry centre (we'd walked the dog there) and I'd harvested the rest of the brussels I put myself in autopilot and got changed without letting myself think about it. 3.7 miles round the reservoir. Normal thing: after dreading it in anticipation and tolerating it in execution I enjoyed it in reflection!

Last spring I picked up a Nike therma-fit running jacket at a vastly reduced price (£30 rather than £130ish I think) - presumably end if season stock. I've started using it the last few weeks. It does help me get over the "it's too cold to run" gremlins.

I did clear the training I’m following without giving thumbs up though (sorry!) Got a chilly couple of miles done with the dog. He seems to quite enjoy it but sits down every time he sees another dog.
