Saw a friend on FB got wordle at first attempt this morning. I’ve no idea what it involves but obviously very popular at the moment!

My race calendar is unexpectedly filling up. That’s 2 races from 2 years ago that I had forgotten I had signed up for now on!

Morning all

Got a call with a “talent acquisition partner” at 12:00 for a new job. Not had a proper interview in over 20 years so am somewhat nervous! Will try stay clothed and conscious :-)

Lunchtime gym today, making up for not going on Tuesday morning. Not enough shoulder mobility to do barbell squats properly - yet another thing to work on!
