Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well when I did it, I did 20-30 every 4-5 min, and after 10 sets, it started to burn for sure.
So not spread out over a day, but over an hour. So might not have been optimal, but far from easy :)

Ill probably start again 2022 now.
But I’m not sure of how to document.
I want it systematically done.
But it’s a hazzle changing activity on my Garmin. Even though it’s possible to get it as cross training. Ie running and strength together. But sometimes I ran and paused the watch during pressups, but I think this site doesn’t remove paused time, so that will be strange data.

I think I'd misunderstood a bit, Bowman. I see what you mean.

In terms of logging it that's a bit of a bugger isn't it? I do break my press ups up with other stuff (alternative press ups and abs for example) but it would all go down as crosstraining - CrossFit for me so not an issue.

I agree Nellers. That's how you build muscle.

And Bowman, I log mine at about 60 per minute, so there's a x-training of Sets-Press-ups, so for every 60 I do I log a minute of training. It works for me as that's the sort of pace I do my pu's at, but you could alter it to siit yourself.

I’m in. Managed it in 2020 but lost my way this year and only done 1400 and none since July! Think it’s going to hurt.

I'll have another go and try not to have such big gaps next year.

I may have a go. Mainly from knees, but like the idea of doing one full one a day

I really want to do 11 now. But I also really want to stay in bed.
