I don't know if I can do one press up let alone more than one. My shoulder is ruined, but it might help build the strength up. I may try and see

I always think the total should go up each year i.e.this year it should be 5022 push ups

But as I fail to hit the target every year it's all rather academic for me :-)

at the end of the day
gonna have a wee crack at this, I turn 65 this Tuesday coming so it will give me a focus. a wee distraction from reading crap on social media as well..lol.

Purps, start with standing and doing them against a wall then gradually work your way down furniture (kitchen worktop, back of the sofa, armchair, stairs etc) as you get a stronger core and shoulder.
