My street view option isn’t working - I keep getting a black screen saying ‘can’t connect to server’ and yet I’m online and can get into Google maps. Any suggestions from IT savvy castle challengers?

It's likely that you've hit a streetview blackspot i.e. no pics available. Either that or you've stumbled upon the Welsh equivalent of Area 51.

I have reached Newport and am by the river at the start point of the Newport Marathon. I think the next few miles follow quite a bit of the marathon route so it'll be good practice for the actual marathon in October.
