Have to say, I don’t cycle as fast as you on my turbo in my garage but the noise of the wheel turning makes my neighbours dogs bark madly when I’m turbo training. Everyone in the neighbourhood gets to know about my cycling sessions. Last Friday it was at 6am so it probably went down really well! 😂

The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.
