I saw some hyacinths in the wild this morning. Well they were sort of in the wild in that they were in the verge just by someone’s gate. I infer from this that they probably planted them.

Had personal training this morning including pull ups (with several bands to help). This is not an all-time Newt but my God was it a shocking relative post-lockdown Newt. :-o

Pull ups! Brave woman - even with band assistance.

My newt is succumbing to kit frenzy. But not to patterns. 3 Adidas vests from Start Fitness

Yeah but I can't resist red and I don't mind Adidas. Actually they're all Adidas. Hmm.

I like those. I’m wearing this, which is Adidas and not new. With black leggings and a black jumper, because let’s not get over excited.

Yes I’m still wearing what I wore for PT earlier at work. Standards have slipped...

Changing and washing of clothes is overrated (unless one is smelly and the smell offends self or others)

Strong colours rule in my house. Black and white count.

About This Thread

starblackheartstar The sixth running of Do a New Thing for Spring starblackheartstar

Lent has a special and specific meaning to Christians but has become an secular season of denial and hair shirting that serves no positve purpose. No chocolate, no booze, no -er - other stuff.

Why not treat the build up to Easter - as a chance to celebrate and embrace NEW THINGS - that's what spring is about after all.

The first few pages of the thread give more ideas.
