This is what I used to do, thanks Fetch for making it easy to find the biggest one :¬) 7 times I broke 400 miles and 19 times over 300 mostly between 2007 and Jan 2009

We've walked up and down some very big hills, swam in the sea, quality-checked a lot of ice cream and now finally been for a run. So I'm checking out for November on 104.7. Well done to everyone this month, whether running 100+ or not - still great work to be out there. My biggest month ever was August 2021 when I hit 202M, partly for marathon training and partly because I wanted to see what a 50M week and 200M month felt like. The answer was 'very tiring', and while mileage starts ramping up next week ahead for a spring marathon, I don't plan on repeating that sort of volume!
