Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'm finishing on 111.6 miles. Coldest morning of the winter here with an unpleasant north east wind. My outing of 5k partly along river trail started in the dark as usual, thankfully no ice now everywhere has dried up again.
A fine total there Ness!

December will be tight with Christmas as I will lose 3 commute days but will still aim for the 100

120 for me -5 and wind whipping from the sea so glad a short run day. Have to decide if I do the same late afternoon instead of tomorrow as a rush to leave apartment and even colder tomorrow.

After a lazy Monday and Tuesday, my chances of the 100 slipped away. But I went out for a very rare night run yesterday evening - practice for running in the dark at EfM. I ran around the nature reserve with a headtorch - the ground was glistening, and I barely saw a soul. I quite enjoyed it :-)

It took me to 86.9 for the month, which is a handy back-up goal - my highest ever November mileage :-) And I hope to add a bit more to it today.

I've added a little extra to this page:

fetcheveryone.com/training-analysis-bestmonth.php

If you're on desktop, you'll see it over on the right; and if you're on mobile, it's below your list of months. It's a little table and graph that shows your average and maximum mileage for each month of the year.

The first ten months of the year all have averages of 65+ for me, but November and December are down in the mid-fifties. They are the only two months where I've never got a hundred.

Have fun with it, and well done to all the ton-up people, and the nearly-there gang :-)
