I like that a lot, especially the location
But inside it’s all a bit stripey especialy with all those blinds.
I think the inside just needs a few home comforts and love. It has massive potential to be a lovely home.

Even for the area that Gatehouse is pricey. It’s on a back lane near Tadcaster. Yes there’s access to the A64 to get into York and Leeds, but it’s a hardly prime real estate area.

Yes, this is at the timber yard just after you enter Bramham Park from the Bramham side, or is there another one closer to Tad?

JEB - many moons ago I used to go to Tadcaster Grammar School and remember the polo ground pretty much backed onto the school grounds at Toulston. Think it's still there 🐎
