Mine done - 6.52 on my Garmin - which is significantly quicker than usual for me! I don't think I sacrificed too much technique! This has been great fun FS - thank you for setting it up. It's been lovely checking in here each day 😊

Going to continue with exercises 2 or 3 times a week with maybe doing 12 of each and hopefully get better at planking.
