1 - Complete my 1,000 miles of running this year (It's a close call!)
2 - 1,200 miles of running next year
3 - Find a new job
4 - Work on my body strength (Particularly arms)
5 - Find a new hobby to replace flying
6 - I've made good headway this year in being kinder to myself, but I've a long way to go, and this week I have had a massive blow. So I need to work on that too.
