Squats?!?!? I would like to revise one of my targets to ‘hunt down FFS and make him pay’
This morning I did my planks and T press-ups but opted to leave wall sit etc until after my bike ride. My bike ride nearly broke me because my fitness is woeful. I am not looking forward to squats and wall sits.

I like squats too...side planks a bit less so. Tried full straight arm ones today...they were wobbly but I managed.

Day 7 done. When I log each exercise in Garmin Connect, by lapping each exercise on my watch, it draws me a little picture (I am tacking my two sets of daily press ups and sit ups on to the beginning and end of the routine so yours might not be the same) :
