I wasn't invited for my forth, I just made an appointment and took myself to the vaccination centre.

Mum didn’t wait for an invite, as they were pretty hit and miss with the 3rd jab - we just booked it for her as soon as they were available

Mask wearing reintroduced at the Trust I work at due to 'surging cases' with positive patients on the ward similar to the level of last winter and staff absences due to CV19 also climbing. :-(

Purps
Hmm. I had a runny nose yesterday, put it down to remnants of covid. Negative 8, 9 and 10 days ago after positive tests. Woken up this morning with the same bad throat I had, lost my voice a bit, proper snot and a slightly different cough. Tested to reassure me....

Is it that it's just the virus was not fully gone and going back to work has tired me and it's shown its head again?

The line came up before the control. That picture was taken at less than 5 mins. It's properly dark now.

Maybe you hadn't quite cleared it purps. Although, there have been reports of rapid reinfections too (20 days not 10 though).

Either way I feel poop today, some of it feels the same, some of it feels different. I'd been tired since having it, so a bit run down from it. Will not actually ever know.

That's really interesting Purps. I've been kind of assuming if you can get it once, mild case, then after that you're bullet proof and won't ever get it again. I guess that's not so then?

Hope you recover quickly and fully. :-) G

Happy - someone I know of (a friend of a friend) reckons they've had it three times. I was hoping that having had it four weeks ago I'd have enough immunity to get to my autumn booster (which I'll get as an over 65) but maybe not :-(

I think the majority of people I know who’ve had it once have had it twice, as in more than half of them
