I did the haircut thing today too! Look a little less like the mad scientist that I am!

Mrsb do you mean mad or scientist?

RFJ you've got your work cut out to stay in front of Dave unless you start running every day or doing mad challenges.

I'm just hoping Mark uses his cycle more this weekend than his running shoes.

Enjoy Dave, it’s so nice up there πŸ™‚. Lots of people I know are over that way just now.

Nice hair cut Mrs B. I got my OH to trim mine. He took ages but did a good job. I would be waiting ages to get it done otherwise.

I have been doing the race to the stones virtual marathon this week, just need 12.1 miles which I should get. Not sure if it will be tomorrow or Sunday as we are having a small party for the baby tomorrow, he will be one on Tuesday πŸ™€.

:-o One already Lesley, blimey I can't believe the time has gone so quickly. I bet you think it's gone slowly though with all that you've been through.

Have a great party tomorrow, Lesley.

I last visited a barber in November 1971, a few weeks before our wedding. My lovely wife has been cutting my hair for 48+ years, and my hair still grows as thickly as it did in my twenties! We tell people that it was one of the wedding vows; you know - love, honour & cut his hair 'til death do us part! I have offered to cut my wife's hair; we've got some excellent garden shears, and I am very skilled with those, but surprisingly my wife has said she will wait until she can get an appointment with her 'proper' hairdresser.

Have a lovely pre birthday party for the baby Lesley!
What fab running conditions these last few days, but just consistently sticking to my enjoyable running. The 1,000 isn't that far off!

happy birthday party Lesley :-)

Evangel - i have my own sheers and been doing mine for years, but then theres not a lot on top... keep threatening the wife that I can do a Sinaed O'Connor style hair cut and like your wife opted for the hairdressers :-)

Easy 5k this morning with Jnr and a couple of club mates
