um
I've googled and Fragile is right. ie cars only between those times, anyone outside of them. Designed to stop surfer vans overnight. But I wonder how many 'parking ambassadors' trek out to New Polzeath at 3am, or even 9am?
The blue P indicates Parking, the text & car picture adds a restriction to that, ie cars only in those times between those dates. Could I park my Espace there overnight though?
Most signs seem to have a central P and then the restrictions below it, which is a bit more obvious. Anyway, will be quite a time before I'm back there, that bit of SWCP is now ticked off.

I'd appeal any ticket issued on the basis that the sign is ambiguous. 'New' Polzeath is just a car park and a difficult walk to actual Polzeath from memory?

um
Yes Oscar, some houses, a car park and FREE road parking. No shops, just a beach kiosk thing. Not a difficult walk - either across the beach or a good path.
The reason for going there? As I said, FREE roadside parking and it's not Polzeath!
