As usual a parish council acting outside of their authority. Perfectly legal to walk in the road. Perhaps ask drivers to slow down or warn them about walkers?

um Apr 2023 8:19am, 19 Apr 2023 7,296 posts	0 um I wasn't sure if the intent was to ban parking overnight in the 'summer', or in the winter? I've parked there now, 2 days in a row, from about 10am till 4pm. No ticket so far! But the sign could be redesigned - or am I missing something?
