and an-I'm-not-even-sure-what-but-I'm-both-horrified-and-impressed for Sweetie's 12mile dreadmill.
My ankle is not to bad; walkable more or less normally (with a support). I'll hopefully swim later and start walking to work and back from tomorrow. Physio on Tuesday so I can find out what to do about the back.

Crap run in too many ways. Too warm, too many loo stops and gave up at 12 miles so 4 miles short. Am very cross with myself but hey ho. I dont like this summer training very much

The hat was just the right size in the end LG I feel like I should do some exercise but now I'm hope I have CBAs. Will do yogtember day 3 at least though.
