Corrah 43 miles (in 4-mile bursts, wasn't it?) Daisy for 10 miles in 1.44 - I note it was a PW, but that you're not too downcast as at least it's a comeback. And that, despite the baked beans and egg.
RRRR for half mara and maximum points!
Sweetie nearly 10 miles on a dreadmill, I can hardly bear to think of it, you need some sort of endurance award.

Well done Corrah!
Bugger, I was planning to do a long run today but wore myself out digging in the garden. Next week is pretty busy and next weekend is long weekend away when no running will happen, so I'll try and shoehorn a long run in somewhere.
