Minimalist. Undoubtedly cheese on toast. I'd have like to see som e rock salt on the tomato, or maybe a basil leaf. Is that toast on a bum-shaped stool?

Fizz :-)
With a side order of home grown tomatoes and parsley out of the garden.
(I think I can claim to have inherited the recipe and therefore it's now mine :-))

JK *chameleon*
We had cheese on toast in Chameleon Towers today. Mine was classic, toast topped with so much melted cheddar that it had spread over the plate, with a dusting of black pepper. Housemate plumped for a splash of Worcestershirecestershire Sauce and spent the best part of half an hour devouring it.
Neither plate is in with a chance in the main competition, but might pick up random extra points for artistic flair and synchronicity...

fizz and pedro's are a good entry - the minimalist goats cheese effort though (wobbles hand)

Winded
There must be a trick in taking pictures of food. I made some cheese on toast; I used up some stilton that was in the fridge and toasted the bread and put some pickle on it and put the cheese on top and put it under the grill. It looked ok, it tasted great.
The photo is just green and lumpy.
