My variation would have grated cheese moistened with lager and mixed with diced onion or chopped syboes, then put onto part toasted and buttered bread and finished under the grill. Sophisticates might try using prosecco.

Dvorak's being escorted out of the arena (but I like the use of lager) Red squirrel's a strong contender Dochart in silver position (because the entrant submitted a picture)
