I saw some newts like the ones in Bint's photo too :)

And I rode my bike without power and cadence data for the first time in a long time, and it was good :)

I have a new USB flash drive. Small and blue and holds 8MB. It was a small blue present form Raffo.

My newt today was to go to a children's playground and ride down a zipwire :-) I've been on proper grown up zipwires at Go Ape but in the interests of research and indeed how foolish I might look at any official opening as suggested on the previous page ;-) I thought it best to give this type a go.....

I went to a newt-to-me village and ran a newt-to-me race that I should have done a million times before now, and my first race of the distance for 18 months.

And had a newt variety of Nespresso capsule before leaving home.
