Yesterday my newt was wearing a new t-shirt to work (calm yourselves everyone, I know it's difficult.)

This morning I have been on a newt machine at the gym, which is sort of like a treadmill but speeds up or slows down entirely based on your stride length. The learning curve is quite, um, steep :-o

My newt for yesterday was that I ordered a zipwire for a playground in our village. This thing has caused me far more stress than I ever thought play equipment could cause so when it is finally installed - never mind all the kids - I am going to be the first person to have a go on it :-)

There was one in that park we ran in B which I was tempted to go and do some - erm - research on but I thought you might think I was really bonkers if I'd said - Oh and if we go round this way I could just have a quick go on the zipwire in the kids playground... I'll catch you up in a minute!! :-o I might find myself heading over that way this afternoon though......

I am pretty much always the parent who is playing on the zipwire, swings, climbing frame. Everything except the see-saw and roundabout. I think you should have an official open BBL that involves you zipping down the zipwire to burst through a ribbon :)

My newts are finally christening my newt (and first ever) trail shoes. I forgot the before pics.

I also met the new neighbour who moved in last weekend and another neighbour I hadn't spoken to before.

Wow I love the sound of that. No matter how comfy a cinema seat is it's just not like lounging on the sofa at home.

My newt today was arriving in That Countryside for a run and realising that my Garmin was still at home
